North Island College, Comox Valley Campus

New Student Services Building Addition on the North Island College Comox Valley campus to the already existing Discovery Hall.

The new Student Services Building addition consists of a newly consolidated administration space to better facilitate enrollment services. The single level design provides natural light, and a welcoming, calming atmosphere. Size of new Building Addition area is 173 sqm.

 A key success for the project was an ambitious timeline while maintaining the least amount of disruption to the on-going operations of the facility.
