Residence – Fanny Bay, B.C.

Bradley Shuya Architect designed a new timber frame addition to an existing Beach House with a floor area of 3100 sqft. located at Ship’s Point, Fanny Bay, B.C. All timbers were milled locally from Vancouver Island grown Douglas Fir logs.

The timber frame structure is complimented by Douglas Fir tongue and groove roof decking and exterior insulated roof system with standing seam metal roofing. The wood joinery techniques include wood dowels.
