Prospect Lake Soccer Club, New Clubhouse

A new 2-storey clubhouse at Layritz Park Soccer Pitch was completed in 2016 for the Prospect Lake Soccer Club, developed in conjuction with Saanich Parks & Recreation. The building includes Changerooms, Concession, Washrooms and Showers, Meeting Space, Administration Offices, equipment storage areas, and an exterior Observation Deck. The new building is nestled into an existing Gary Oak meadow and is carefully designed to mitigate disturbance to the existing landscape elements of the park.
