555 Pembroke

555 Pembroke is the head office of Knappett Projects, a major construction firm in Victoria. Bradley Shuya Architect Inc. completed a rezoning application, seismic upgrade and heritage restorations to accommodate a contemporary new office conversion of a former vacant heritage building.

The new offices floor area is 500m2 and includes three levels of flexible office space with open areas for future expansions. The renovation of this structure is designed to LEED Silver standards and boasts many innovative energy efficient building systems
